When I try to set up new channels such as ABC and AMC, the Roku device first provides an access code. After entering the code, it takes me to a page to select my service provider. My provider is Breezeline. When I select Breezeline and try to log in, it always fails.
Does anyone else have Breezeline for their cable service provider and have you been successful in adding channels that require you to log into Breezeline?
Atlantic Broadband recently changed its name to Breezeline. They may not have gotten their login system properly updated to the new name. Do you get an option to try to log into Atlantic Broadband?

I was chatting with a Breezeline rep who told me he thought it was a known issue and was checking into it when we were disconnected by an Internet outage in my area (the irony, right??) I'm going to try again tomorrow and will post here.
