When I try to set up new channels such as ABC and AMC, the Roku device first provides an access code. After entering the code, it takes me to a page to select my service provider. My provider is Breezeline. When I select Breezeline and try to log in, it always fails.
Does anyone else have Breezeline for their cable service provider and have you been successful in adding channels that require you to log into Breezeline?
Just checking... you're not trying to use your Roku credentials to sign into Breezeline, are you? Can you sign into your Breezeline account at https://myaccount.breezeline.com/ ?
Atlantic Broadband recently changed its name to Breezeline. They may not have gotten their login system properly updated to the new name. Do you get an option to try to log into Atlantic Broadband?
I just spent 3 hours on a chat with Breezeline and found out that they D NOT support ROKU. Whether that is BS or not, can't say. Time to leave WOW/ Breezeline.
I am having this same issue now (beginning July 9, 2022).
Spoke to Breezeline rep, there should be no reason according to them that authorization is failing. I am getting an "unhandled exception" error when it goes to Breezeline.
Have you gotten a resolution regarding this issue? I am also getting the “unhandled exception error”
I was chatting with a Breezeline rep who told me he thought it was a known issue and was checking into it when we were disconnected by an Internet outage in my area (the irony, right??) I'm going to try again tomorrow and will post here.
The issue seems to be resolved now.
