Being charged over and over for a subscription I cancelled!

I cancelled Peacock MONTHS ago yet Roku continues to bill me for the subscription. Tried many times to contact support but it just goes around and around in a circle and you can't contact them. I want a FULL refund for the MANY months you have charged me $4.99 for a channel I discontinued MONTHS AGO.

@montanamomma Login to your Roku account and check your subscriptions.  If the Peacock subscription is not listed then the charge is not from Roku.  If the Peacock subscription is not listed when you are logged into Roku, open Peacock on your computer and click on the blue peacock in the upper right corner and then select account.  It should tell you who is billing you for Peacock.  For example mine says
