Hello,
I purchased "Beachbody On Demand" on Roku device. I was charged $99/year, but no videos are added. I called the beachbody, but they told me that I have no purchase on my account and can't help.
It almost seems like that I have to purchase from the beachbody website, then use it on Roku, but Roku had an option to purchase the program, took the money, so not sure exactly what to do from here.
Anyone had same issue? If you did, how did you guys fix this?
