Baby tv app not working on my Hisense Roku smart tv it saying my subscription up when try put on but on my subscription it’s not up until September.

In some cases, removing the channel and then re-installing it may help. To ensure the process is successful, follow the steps below making sure you restart your Roku device before adding the channel again.

This did not work and I’m having the same issue with Baby TV. Please help.
when trying to play any content that is part of the subscription it says “choose a subscription “ but there’s nothing to choose other than to read the “terms of use”

Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're experiencing.
If the issue persists from one channel after attempting the suggestions above, videos from other channels play fine, contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help. Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developer themselves. In this case, there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from the channel developer.
