BRITBOX episode not playing on Roku

When I try to watch Britbox show New Tricks season 7 episode 3, I am kicked back to the Roku Home screen.  This is happening on two different Roku Streaming devices hooked up to different TVs.  If I bypass episode three and go to episode 4, it will play as well all other episodes play, 3 is the only one that will not.  If I log in on my computer and watch the episode, it will work.  I have contacted Britbox and all they told me to do was delete the app and reinstall, same result still not playing.  Anyhelp anyone with the same issue in any other program

I contacted  Brit box again about this problem and they were able to fix it on their end,
