AutoPlay next episode and Skip intros/recaps stopped working on ALL apps.

PLEASE NOTE:  I posted a reply on another member’s post, but I’m not sure if a moderator will be notified of my reply or simply the OP’s replies.  So I am bumping the issue on a new post, this one.  Please accept my apologies for double posting.  THANK YOU!

This issue started happening about a week ago, as with the other member’s post. It is happenjng to all apps on my Roku Premiere player that have the AUTOPLAY option.  At the end of an episode to any show, I usually am prompted PLAY NEXT episode, if I click the button or if I just let it go the app automatically starts playing the next episode after a couple of seconds. This no longer happens and the prompt to play next episode does not appear.  At the end of the show’s credits the player reverts to the current show’s info page. There is also another issue that started at the same time; none of the shows on ANY app prompt to SKIP the show PREVIOUS RECAP or INTRO.

Both issues are happening across all apps with AUTOPLAY functionality, Disney/MAX/HULU Bundled apps, Paramount+, PRIME, etc…so it isn’t a problem with any particular app.  It appears the Roku player is the problem.  The issue started

about a week ago; sorry I don’t have a specific date because I’ve been busy decorating the estate for the holidays.

TROUBLESHOOTING 1:   I checked all ‘auto play’ settings for each app…all are still set to ON as they have been since each app was installed.  DID NOT RESOLVE

TROUBLESHOOTING 2:   I manually initiated an ‘update check’ and only NFL+ needed updating.  DID NOT RESOLVE

TROUBLESHOOTING 3:   Performed system restart.  DID NOT RESOLVE  

Roku player: Premiere+ 4630x

Software version:  14.0

Roku Premiere is having a problem with autoplay

Happenjng to all apps on my Roku Premiere player.  There is also another issue that started at the same time; none of the shows on ANY app prompt to SKIP the show PREVIOUS RECAP or INTRO.
