After monitoring this awful dilemma (for several weeks) of being returned to HOME usually after afew minutes, There are days when (like today), that everything works fine. So this is an INTERMITTENT PROBLEM for some reason that ROKU has to look into and advise/correct. Lets go ROKU..... fix this problem or have a zillion unhappy customers.
thanks for the info because this is infuriating. why is it the 2 channels we use the MOST????? and it's ridiculous that you can't talk to a human being for tech support
I just checked for updates about a hour ago. One was available. After install Netflix and Prime are working.
I am on Version-Build 10.5.0 4167-17 now.
10.0.0 is my only option so far but I'll look out for that one thanks for letting us know
Sadly, I am still facing the ole go home right in the best part of the show routine......

Netflix returns me to the home screen, and Prime and Crave both give me error messages when I try to play content.
i ordered vidigo for trial period i have never been treated with this before i told them every time i get to watch a show it returns to the main screen and i want to why they won't give me my refund and yes i contacted the several times
This is not solved. Even after follow up on several things, restarting the system, removing and adding apps, updating the system, resetting internet connection (btw I hardwired and don't have any problems with the connection), I'm still facing the issues with multiple apps.
Epic, Apple TV, You Tube TV.
I did all of this and it still will not work.
