My Hulu channel keeps going back to the Home screen.

I preformed the following resolutions (none worked):

1. Removed the Hulu channel, restarted my Roku and reinstalled the Hulu Channel

2. Reset my Roku to factory settings and reinstalled the Hulu Channel

Hi. We need access to the actual remote. I don't plan on giving my son my cell phone every time he watches TV. What is an actual fix for this issue? I've tried all the reset options except factory because honestly what a pain! No codes are generated when doing the remote button series either. This really needs a workable fix or families cannot use Roku. Please advise. Thank you.

The issue is with the Hulu App on the Roku.  Hulu is working on a fix to their app on Roku systems.

Report your issue to Hulu directly to get your account on the list for repairs.

Yes that's been happening with my Peacock channel for a few days now.  But I have another issue.  I have dyslexia and I realized that I put in my email wrong for several of the apps on my ROKU 😞  So I cant access my passwords.  How can I get help with that??

There is no option for "remove channel" when I click on the option asterisk??

That means you are subscribed to the app/service using Roku Pay.

You'll need to cancel your Roku Pay-based subscription before you can remove the app:

https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions

Once you cancel your subscription, you'll be able to remove the app
