You can use the YT app to access YTTV:  Open the YT app, select "YouTube TV" in the lower left corner of the UI.

Just discovered these issues this week on 65 TCL Roku TV. Started with getting kicked back to home after a minute of playback. Then when I opened an app it prompted me to sign up or sign back in. Now when I open an app it goes to black screen and does nothing. Netflix, Hulu, Prime, HBO Max, Disney+, Paramount, Apple TV not responding now. Peacock works. I took batteries out of remote and used app, didn't change anything. Made sure all software updates current.

I returned the ultra LT and got a 2021 express 4K+ and no issues at all with any channels with the express.

The mobile app works fine, am not being returned to the Home screen

I share this problem with many of you in the community; sadly.

Just wanted to announce that there must be some hope because for the first time in about 2 - 3 months I was finally able to watch a program on Netflix all the way through without being bounced back to my home screen. This was last night (8-4-21).

SO DON'T GIVE UP 😜🙂

THERE IS HOPE!

I do believe that this problem 👍 will be resolved by the Roku support team; sooner than later.

I finally was able to watch programs on Netflix and HBO MAX to their completion as of last night (8-4-21).

W/O being bounced back to home screen. YAY!!!

Well; without doing any of the above I guess I got lucky. Was able to actually watch a program on Netflix and HBO MAX without being returned to my home screen. This was as of last night (8-4-21).

Have not tried it today. Been busy. Hoping for the best ☺️.

Tried removing remote batteries, using remote app on phone. Software up to date. Reset router. Uninstall/reinstall apps. Nothing.

AND THEN.........tried the instructions to clear cache, and presto, problem solved!

Hi, I think I'm experiencing the same problem with the app when I try clicking onto the Screensaver. It kicks me out of the app every time ever since this morning.

Apps not not opening. Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime crashes.
