I have made sure everything is up to date this is the only channel I am having issues with it opens I see the logo and then spinning dots at the bottom of the screen and then I am back at the Roku home screen

Yes i am decided to get hbomax and i cant even get it to come up now just keeps sending me back to the homescreen when selected. Really making me mad.

Prime Channel just started taking me back to Home Screen.

Was working a few days ago.

HBO Max so far is the only channel that keeps returning to the Home Screen.. I have updated the channel many times restarted the Roku many times deleted the channel many times. HBO MAX IS Also not working on my Roku Ultra. It is not an HBO Max problem because I can use it on other devices. My I pad my phone and my desktop computer.  I am about ready to throw my Roku’s in the trash..
