It's happening to YouTube, prime, hulu and hbo max.
Having this issue with Hulu and Netflix. However, Disney+ seems to be working fine
So, five months later, and this is still an issue?
In what universe is that acceptable customer service?
My TCL Roku TV is less than a year old, but maybe a Fire TV is the only option left.
Same issue on a brand new Roku Hisense TV.

I unpacked and installed the TV last night and the problem occurs with the F1 and the Innovative spanish app. Interestingly the F1 app seemed to work fine until I subscribed.

Danny, thanks for the communication at least. I contacted Roku via live chat yesterday (November 21) when I noticed most of channels wouldn't stream, exact same issues with exact same fixes that don't work, same as everyone else here so glad it's not just me. I spent hours trying to fix via chat with HBO, Hulu and Roku. I have a reference number, 5059511 that has all my info. I hope you resolve this soon since I'm still paying for all the channels I can't no longer stream via your platform.
@RokuDanny-R Is there any way to rollback to prior to the update?
Just fyi to readers here, there are broader issues with the 5.0 update, which appears to have been a huge Roku fail. The issues have gotten so bad, they're now making news stories (see links below). Which is interesting because Roku, to date, has stayed almost completely silent about the problems, other than half-hearted, inadequat advice offered on forums like this one.
By the way, Roku still is not giving me access to the 5.1 update that they claim is likely to fix the problem.

Does Roku software update 10.5.1 even exist? When I search on Google for information about it, or any kind of reference to it, zero results come up. I don't understand why we were told last week that there was a "10.5.1" version already rolled out (which I still haven't received, despite checking every single day) when there's no evidence of its existence online.
I can’t get any apps to open except for Netflix. Amazon prime video, HBO max, bravo, spectrum app, Disney+, Hulu are all not working.
tried checking for updates, tried resetting system, tried deleting all apps, resetting and redownloading. Still can’t fix the problem
