Approximately 30 seconds after a show/movie is selected we are removed to the home screen. It started with Netflix and now is happening on a majority of our channels. Extremely frustrating.

When I try to watch a show on roku channel it acts like it’s going to open and play and then just bounces back to press play again and continues to do that.

This roku smart TV has become anything but. Netflix, prime, hulu...even the Roku channel reverts back to the home screen after only about 15 seconds.  Good thing I have an antenna so I can at least watch local channels.

Also, the roku phone app as a remote is NOT a solution. I have the same issues using the regular remote or my phone.

Please advise of a solution soon before I am forced to find another product.

This has been an ongoing issue since last May. I found another solution. It’s Apple TV.  I have never been happier.
