Roku ultra lt . It kicks me out of every app after a couple of mins . Issue id is 56-384-471. Please help asap

Another day has gone by and both BRAND NEW Roku Ultra LT units with DEFECTIVE VOICE REMOTES continue returning to home screen after a few minutes of ANY PROGRAM on ANY APPLICATION.

Roku's continued inaction on this issue us completely dumbfounding.  It seems they are satisfied ( pleased?) with selling inoperable equipment at premium prices.

 

HEY ROKU!!!  Amateur hour is over.  Fix this or tell us when it will be fixed.

NEW INFO:  You don't have to actually try watching the content to experience the wonders of "Auto Return to Home Screen" courtesy of Roku.  Simply launch a program and press pause.  The now much familiar and maligned feature will return you to the home screen just as if you were watching the program.  Now that's service!

It's happening to me with my Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and YouTube. What is up with that?! Smiley Mad Sorry to sound upset, but I hate when things I don't know happened. Thankfully Disney+ and Crunchyroll worked for me this weekend, and I hope this is resolved FAST!

The Roku Voice Remote set a new record last night.  It turned my LR TV back on 3 times due to spurious "Home" triggers.  Finally had to remove the batteries to shut the thing up.

 

Dear Roku,

     I dream of a world where the purveyors of a product (especially one they charge money for) actually seem to care whether or not the product works (brand new) and whether or not it is usable, as advertised.  Unfortunately, Roku does not seem to share my dream.  No communication from Roku is typical of a company running out of talent, money, and options.  

     Having heard nothing from Roku means I should be "in the dark", but that silly remote keeps turning my TV on and lighting the room . . .

        Thank you for a stark reminder of fixing versus fiddling.
