Thanks for the posts.
Couple of things in order to avoid confusion on this thread:
1) if you are experiencing issues with the Hulu channel crashing, we believe this issue is resolved. For more information about this specific channel, visit our Community post here: https://community.roku.com/t5/Channel-Issues-Questions/Hulu-is-crashing-after-about-20-30-seconds-of...
2) if you are experiencing this issue with other channels (not Hulu), please provide us with all of the following information:
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-remote model (this can be found in Settings > Remote & devices > Remotes > (your remote) > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
-have you already tried removing the batteries from your remote, and then trying to use another remote or Roku mobile app to see if you are still seeing the issue occur?
Once we have this information we will be able to investigate further.
