I did YouTube does the same thing back to home screen

I have not been able to access Netflix or Prime.

I wouldn't mind so much, but these are channels that continue to cost me in the mean time...

I have tried every fix imaginable! 

Frustrated!!!

What is going on with the fix to this?  I have been dealing with this issue for months and have asked for help in another thread and am now being told to come to this thread.  I've provided all the requested information multiple times, but there is still no fix.  Is this a hardware or firmware issue?  Should I be sending the Roku in and getting a replacement?

Same existing problem. And I agree with you: " FACTORY RESET IS UNACCEPTABLE " as a fix.

Had this TCL Roku tv for a few years and just now we are having the return to Home Screen with Netflix and Prime.
