Did you try the 8 workarounds/solutions previously listed?
What is going on with the fix to this? I have been dealing with this issue for months and have asked for help in another thread and am now being told to come to this thread. I've provided all the requested information multiple times, but there is still no fix. Is this a hardware or firmware issue? Should I be sending the Roku in and getting a replacement?

Same existing problem. And I agree with you: " FACTORY RESET IS UNACCEPTABLE " as a fix.
