Issue#56-245-819 I do not know were to find the device# and this issue is happening with all of my installed apps. Youtube Netflix HBO prime etc
Actually is an ultra and goes to the wall outlet. I’ve tried plugging it into a different one.
Prime and Netflix keep reverting back to Home Screen.

This is also happening to me on multiple channels. I followed the instructions for uninstall, etc. Still not working.
Very frustrating not to be able to watch channels that I pay for.

I too have been having the same issues for nearly a month now. When reading this blog post all the answers from Roku are the same answer that never works. They don’t have any other answer leaving all of us out here SOL.
Same here, I remove the channel and when trying to re-install it is no longer on the list of available channels. Was News 12 Long Island removed from Roku?
