Porn was never allowed in the Channel Store (and still isn't), hence the need for private channels. Once all private channels were eliminated (more to do with the many pirate streams being made available via private channels), porn/adult channels are no longer possible. Roku may go under, but it won't be because they don't allow porn. 🙂
