Please help! I have done all the tips noted on this support page. All apps close after 3 minutes and returns to Home Screen. I have multiple TVs in my home with Roku with no issues, only this one tv. What is the answer since I cannot speak to customer service!!!!!

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model device are you using? How are you powering this Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet?
