My new Roku tv (Hisense) won't play anything on apple tv+ for some reason. I have a subscription active, but it keeps logging me out and then giving me this error.
I've logged in a bunch of times, but it seems to log me out every time I try to play a video. This login does work when I use it on a computer browser, so it seems to be a problem with the roku channel rather than the account.
Hello @occams_raisin
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community.
Does the issue only occur on Apple TV+ or across other channels installed on your Roku device?
If you haven't tried yet, you can remove the affected channel then re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > System restart > Restart.
For detailed instructions, refer to this Support link: How do I resolve channel playback issues?
Let us know how it goes!

Thanks for the reply!
This is only happening on Apple TV+. All other channels are working fine and staying logged in. I attempted to remove the channel and restart as you suggested, but the issue is repeating. After I log in, I will try and play a video and it will ask me to log in again. I tried to log in again after the prompt, then when I hit play on the video again, it asked me again to log in.
Thanks for the reply.
Since you are still experiencing the same issue after attempting the suggestions above, other channels play fine, contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help.
Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel provider themselves. In this case, there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from them.
