Hey Danny... no. It’s not working. It doesn’t work. Yes, I removed the app and re downloaded the app/ it’s NOT working. Get your IT guys to fix it! It’s ROKU. It’s not apple. It works everywhere but with ROKU. I’m about to buy 3 more ROKUS. I will not be doing that now. Quit asking if we did x,y, and z... we DID. PLEASE FIX IT.
Hi @Sharona2010
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.
Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developer themselves. We suggest reaching out to Apple TV Support to report the issue and get help. There's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from the channel developer.
You can contact them here: https://support.apple.com/apple-tv
We appreciate your understanding.
All the best,
Kariza

After removing a channel, best practice is to clear the Roku's memory by restarting it before reinstalling the channel. Did you do this? Without the restart you may not get a clean reinstall.
Restart via Settings > System > System restart (for Roku TVs: Settings > System > Power > System restart)
