I’m trying to figure out how to add Apple plus to my Roku. I found apple+ online through my iPhone and added the channel via roku.com channel store and I added it to my account. I don’t know when you add channels through the iPhone where it appears on your devices connected to your tv. It isn’t in the channel menu in either device.
when I try to search for Apple TV via my Roku device I only get “Apple+ screeners” wtf
this is frustrating and should not be this difficult.
Hey @Pixxedoff
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community!
Could you tell us the model number of your Roku device? It can be found in Settings > System > About. You can also view the Apple TV-supported Roku devices here: Apple TV App–Supported Devices
We look forward to hearing from you soon.
All the best,
Kariza
In addition to what @RokuKariza-D said, keep in mind that the Apple TV+ app isn't available on Roku worldwide. Where are you located?
Apps are added to the bottom of the menu, but you can reach that by going UP from the top of the menu.
Apps can be added to your Roku account, and will appear on any supported Roku device. If your device is an older device that isn't supported by Apple TV+, then it won't appear on the device. If your device was set up in a country where Apple TV+ isn't available -- or possibly even a country other than where you are current located -- it won't appear in the channel store on the device, or be added via Website. The information you provide to @RokuKariza-D will determine if that is a factor.
