Antenna channels have incorrect labels

I am having a different but similar issue. My antenna channels have incorrect labels on the channel map. The PBS channel is showing up on CBS channel according to the channel guide. How can this be fixed?

Re: Antenna channels have incorrect labels

Hi @markgeorg1234,

Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!

We understand that your antenna channel labels are incorrect. We would like to investigate this issue further.

Before we proceed, could you please provide a photo of the TV screen displaying the issue with your antenna channels? Does this occur on all antenna channels?

In the meantime, we suggest you try the following:

  1. Restart your Roku TV
  2. Unplug and replug your antenna
  3. Rescan for antenna channels

We look forward to your response.

Thanks,
The Roku Community Team

Re: Antenna channels have incorrect labels

Here is the pic of my Roku screen. Channel 17.1 is suposed to be the local CBRoku Screen.jpgS channel in Raleigh. However, the Roku channel guide shows PBS.

  2. Then, scroll down and navigate to Live TV
  3. Select Scan for Channels and proceed to Start Finding Channels

Re: Antenna channels have incorrect labels

Yes I rebooted the antenna, restarted the Roku tv and did a rescan. Results are the same. PBS is not channel 17.1. Also, I see the same issue with channel 11.1, PBS is there instead of ABC. Keep in mind it’s only the guide data that is corrupted. The feeds are correct.

Re: Antenna channels have incorrect labels

I responded to you with a screenshot already. Not all off air channels are doing this, just the 2
