Why can I not watch anything on amc, what does this mean?

this is a **bleep** "solution" as I contacted AMC+ several times and they apparently have no idea. STILL can't watch AMC+ THAT I PAID FOR

I got a amc+ card in November 2021 it was fine until April 2022.  They finally said they would reimburse me for unused card. We’ll see. Never did give me an answer except to try watching from different devices
