All4 channel is saying my password is wrong when it is correct, and I cannot view it on my ROKU

All 4 on my ROKU keeps saying my password is incorrect & I cannot view it.  I have removed it & added it again, this didn't work.  Then when I re-added it it did not add it just keeps looking like it's going to start then just keeps going in a circle and the sticks.

Has anyone had any success in reloading it since the ROKU update????

Some people get confused about what password a channel/app is asking for, so make sure you're not using the password you'd use for your Roku account at https://my.roku.com .  It wouldn't be asking for that.

Thanks for the reply, I am entering my channel4/All4 password.  I am able to log in in my phone & tablet, just not the ROKU on my TV

Try removing it and adding it again, but make sure right after you remove it you restart your Roku device from Settings->System or Settings->System->Power.  Once it restarts add it again.
