All4 used to work brilliantly on my Streaming Stick + but recently I started to get an error "All4-012: Error" on the Home and several other functions. I tried deleting the All4 app, updating the streaming stick to the latest firmware, restarting the streaming stick and reinstalling the latest All4 app but it made no difference. As As All4 was one of the main reasons I bought the streaming stick I'm desperate for a solution !

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact All4 support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Yeah same, it's **bleep**. Back and forth from both and nothing.

Not heard any other streaming server having All4 issues... Roku device getting closerto the bin.

I wonder if it might be a regional thing as I didn't have any problems using it in someone's house in Hertfordshire recently. What county are you? I'm in Dorset.

I had a message from Ilana Peters at All4 support. She said: We are sorry to read you are experiencing issues with All 4 on Now TV. However, we have provided you with a few troubleshooting steps below that you can try at home, which may get the service up and running again.

- Power down your device, TV and Internet modem for 60 seconds.
*Please use the remote that comes with your Now TV box as we aware of compatibility issues if using the remote app.

If this does not resolve your issue, please can you provide the answers to the questions we have provided below. This will try and help us find a resolution to the issue as quickly as possible.

What is the model number of your box?
Are you using the latest version of the All 4 app (Deleting and reinstalling this should ensure this)?
Who is your Internet Service Provider?
Have you followed all troubleshooting steps provided?
What exactly is your error message saying?

We apologise once again for the disruption to your service, and await your reply.

Apart from this minor issue I think the Roku is great, and the problem seems more likely to be with the All4 app.

I have had exactly the same problem.

I went through the same routine re Ileana Peters, contacted All4 who told me to do the same. All of these with no result!

I have no problems with the Roku stick but I just wish Roku and All4 would get together and sort this. From All4’s position they are losing countless potential subscribers over this.

I got this error when I was first linking to ALL4 channel for the first time.

When visiting channel4/roku and setting up ones registration you link it to an email address.

You need to visit the email account and VERIFY the set up by following the link in the email BEFORE you try to connect your roku device to the ALL4 Channel.  (I didnt do this verification process and got the all4-0212 message)

I FOUND A FIX

The app only crashes on the Home page of the All4 app - if you quickly press the down arrow on the control before the homepage can load it won't crash. 

Just have to remember not to navigate up to the home for ever and you can watch and search for programs on All4.
