All channels (except Netflix which works) abort to choose channel screen after a few minutes

We subscribe to several vendors (Netflix, Britbox, Acorn, PBS),
Recently we have been having 2 problems with Britbox
1) occasionally (random times) watching a show, we get a blank screen with a little box
saying something like "network problems"
- this goes away after a few seconds and all comes back (so we ignore)
2) more recently we are watching a show and suddenly we are back on the top screen of Roku
looking to choose a vendor again
- this started last week and happens within 3-5 minutes into a show
- resuming the show - we get another 3-5 minutes
- the first time this happened, we gave up after 3 times and went to Netflix which worked fine
later we went back after a Roku power cycle and Britbox was OK again
- yesterday it would NOT stop with the 3-5 minute application-death
1) we power cycled the Roku to no avail
2) Netflix works fine
3) we tried both Acorn and PBS - they fail in the same way as Britbox

--> We believe Netflix is doing something different and the Roku device has a problem.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're experiencing.

If you haven't tried yet, you can remove the affected channels and then reinstall them. To ensure the process is successful, restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.
