After paying for Acorn it won't let me play any shows. I get a message saying you have already subs

Can you please provide us with more information regarding the issue you are experiencing? How are you accessing the show, on the Roku Channel or directly to the channel? Also, does your subscription is through The Roku Channel or directly to the channel?
