Took advantage of the two month trial for ,99 offer subscription for Showtime and Acorn but both seems to have ended a month prematurely. I don't see Roku support to fix this problem. Any suggestions, advise or knowledge for this issue greatly appreciated.

Please be advised that the offer subscription on both channels is through The Roku Channel. We would recommend making sure you're accessing Acorn TV and Showtime within The Roku Channel.
