Re: Acorn TV lost my Recently Watched, doesn't keep track of watch progress

Jump to solution

I’m having the same problem on Acorn with progress not saved. I’m using a Roku express 4K plus and an LG TV. No matter what I’ve tried, nothing works. Reset to factory settings, unplug TV, changed HDMI cord, etc. the only thing I haven’t tried but I am unable to do is remove acorn and reinstall. I have recently signed up for Brit box which works fine, as do all my other channels. Thinking of bagging acorn if I can’t get it fixed soon. Thanks

@Thedra
Thanks for the post.

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Thanks,
Danny

Thank you. For future reference, it would be helpful to provide a number or contact info to the apps on your platform.
