I recently upgraded my Roku stick and now I can’t access HBOMax or Acorn TV which are active subscriptions on my Roku account. I tried logging in using my Roku account name and password and it does not work.
can someone help?!?
Are your subscriptions paid through Roku? You can check your Roku subscriptions at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions .
If they are, is your new device linked to the same Roku account as your old device? Check the email address shown on each device under Settings->System->About.

Please be advised that channel logins or authentication are handled directly by the channel developer. We suggest reaching out to the channel's customer support team to report the issue and for further help. They can resolve the error you are having with channel login.
