Over the last 2 weeks, anytime I try to watch a show on the AMC app using my Roku device, the show starts and then about 10 seconds in, the screen image suddenly zooms in by 50% so that I’m only able to see part of the show/image.
I’ve tried using other streaming apps, and they all work fine. This only occurs with the AMC app. I watched many shows on the AMC app in the past without any problems. This problem only started happening 2 weeks ago. I’ve tried redownloading the app, updating the device, and restarting the device. Nothing works. Any tips on how to fix this?
Hi @Janellek,
Thanks for reaching out to the Roku community!
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote, and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
If that still doesn't clear up the issue you're experiencing, we recommend contacting the channel provider directly to follow up for more help. They’ll be able to best assist with any issues that are occurring within their channel.
Thanks,
Mary
