AMC Plus login issues on y roku device

Bought the year subscription to AMC plus. work for the free trial. now I can't login. Does not recognize my email.  I emailed AMC they don't have me in their system. I bought subscription  through roku.  My email that I use is not working. tried to reset password, do not get any email.    I do not know how to fix this...PLEASE HELP

Thanks for the post.

If you purchased a subscription through Roku Pay, how are you trying to access AMC+? Are you trying to access through the channel directly, or have you tried accessing it through The Roku Channel?
