- Try removing and reinstalling the channel. Often, that can sort out the problem. Also, restarting your Roku device before adding the channel back can help ensure that the process is successful.
Additionally, verify the subscription credentials are correct. You can do this on your Roku device by navigating to Home > Settings > System > About.
