My activation code isn't working and I cleared my cache, already added Amc theaters on demand on my Roku. Please help.

I've typed the different codes in numerous times and it is still not working.  I've unplugged the Roku to let it reboot, same results.  It is impossible to get someone on the phone or find a valid support email for AMC.  I'd never do business with them in any way shape or fashion.  Hope they go bankrupt.
