Just Purchased a new set as listed above along with Roku sound bar. Bestbuy installed it. When it was set up Netflix was transferred from my account. All appeared to be good. Got up this morning and Netflix was missing. Went to reload App and it said not enough memory, delete Apps. Tried to delete Apps and attempted to load with no results. Tried Prime Video and it freezes the screen. Tried to load other Apps and it was hit or miss as to whether they worked on not. Pulled plug on TV and retried several times. No help. Tried deleting several Apps and did not help. Checked for updates even though it was installed yesterday, no help. Any ideas.........
Try the "clear the cache" routine - press Home 5 times, Up arrow once, Rewind (<<) twice, and FF (>>) twice. After several seconds your TV should restart on its own if you did it correctly. Once it restarts check for updates again - from the menu Settings->System->System update->Check now. Let us know how it goes.
A brand new TV shouldn't be having these issues.
That did not work. After it reset should I have reloaded Netflix?
By the way I used the wrong work. It is saying out of Space???

Yes. Did you and then you got the out of space message again? If so, try a factory reset from Settings->System->Advanced system settings->Factory reset (follow the onscreen instructions). You'll have to link it to your Roku account again. If it still doesn't work, I'd return to where it was purchased (after another factory reset to clear out your information).
I had a thought and tried it. I went over to the menu for the roku stream bar. i found Netflix, signed in and watched part of a movie. Just a few moments. I then went into Prime Video which was locking up and it worked fine on the streambar menu. Does that tell anyone anything?
