3500X Roku Stick not getting Netflix or Prime

I have been getting both Netflix and Amazon Prime but recently there is a message saying that the Roku device can't access these channels.  Is there a fix for this?  I can still get Accorn and Paramont+.

Amazon said they were dropping support for the 3500X last year.

@Elliec, in addition to what @Strega said, Roku is also dropping support for the 3500.  It won't be receiving any more updates, so it's time to take advantage of the offers you should be getting from Roku for a new device.
