i hooked up a 2nd roku, but now my first roku freezes...any suggestions how to have them both work?

Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model devices are you using? Please be aware that Roku devices work independently of each other and that an additional device being added to your account should have no impact on your other device during streaming playback.

they are both the Ultras.  I thought they were independent, but they are not acting that way.  Whatever I do on the 2nd one changes the first one....it is screwy.  I have done so many restarts and nothing works .  What can be done to have them independent again?  Thanks
