error happened again today after viewing a video on prime and switching to tablo.  after a factory reset it did not repeat the error.  

prime video version 12.0, build 2021090212

Been happening fairly regularly... this time while staying within the tablo app, after adjusting Volume mode to Leveling.  switching from one show to the next, error occurred immediately.

Hi Danny,  Yes, almost daily we get the error that roku cannot play the surround sound content from Tablo. Please see my previous comments for further info.   Thank you.

Hi, I followed a suggestion to download and use Tablo ALT, and have not have further problems. I used the channel search function at Roku.com.

Tablo alt has not resolved my issue, in fact today even a factory reset will not fix it either.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that and do not know what else to suggest as I've been using Tablo Alt for a couple of months.
