hi, i have been in connection with comcast trying to solve an issue that seems to be a Roku issue. Unfortunatlly i cannot talk or even chat with a live Roku agent. I am trying to stream and connect ,y Roku to my xfinity acct so that i am able to watch my cable. a error alert keeps poping up about 'needing high speed data subscription" which i have and i also disconecceted the roku account i had and tried to restart. please help
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
