xfinity app not working on my roku tv today. (error: TVAPP-00100)

I have been using xfinity app on on Roku Tv for about 3 years. I get up this morning and I get a sign in and activation code. I have activated and activated. I reset my TV . I unplugged my modem. Still the same thing activate! I have basically done that all day today. I followed Xfinity recommendations of unplugging tv and modem to clear cache. My Tv was fine yesterday.

For more information about that channel's error codes and functionality, you'll want to contact Xfinity support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

I had a tech here to check other things he also spoke with support with no help. He did say if roku stick in another room is working then put that in roku tv HDMI  till resolved. So I did yesterday morning and of course had to re-authorize but it went through. Because it was in another room?The problem started about 6  or 7days ago,  Also, at that time I also added a new email and made it primary. I notified Roku and they changed to my new email. It worked that day but the next morning is when the tv wanted me to sign in/authorize. I took out the roku stick and thought why don't I try my previous email( which isn'y primary anymore) It Worked so wish I thought of that a week ago . Also, you are right Xfinity but they kept telling me it was a roku problem.

Ours started working again like magic.  I believe it's an xfinity issue - we had a ticket open and suddenly it was resolved.
