When I set up my ROKU I ordered HBO NOW. It shows in my account page as installed but on my TV it shows that I have HBO GO. I can't use that(no cable). How to fix this?
Two caveats up front:
In my Streaming Channels store, I see both HBO Now and HBO Go available. Perhaps you just installed the wrong one? If so, see if you can remove HBO Go (highlight channel in grid on home screen, press * key, choose Remove channel, follow prompts), then install HBO Now from the Streaming Channels store.
Yeah, two devices, one with GO and one with NOW. I'll delete one and then add NOW. Will there be 2 charges each month?
Merely installing the channel should not create any charges - you have to explicitly subscribe first.
As long as your Rokus are registered to the same Roku account you should only be charged once. When you install the channel on the second Roku examine your prompts closely to be sure you just log into your existing account, not subscribe again.
