WE only have 2 rokus on our account. The other is in the bedroom and everytime its happened there has been no one else in the house. We've also had both of these for at least 2 years and nothing like this has happened before, and adding/removing from 1 device has never affected the other before this. This problem also doesnt happen with the other device, a a streaming stick
This has happened to us, two nights in a row. Once Netflix, then Amazon. We own one Roku, one television. Nothing else on the my.roku.com.
So, you are not imagining it or causing it.
@treelimb Thanks for the note. We took a look at your Roku account used to access the Community, and see that you have 2 devices linked to your account. I would recommend looking in Settings>System>About on your device to confirm the email address in use on your account, then use that email address to log into your Roku account online at my.roku.com.
From there, you can remove any other devices that may be linked to your account. If someone removes a channel from any Roku device linked to your account, that change will occur on all Roku devices linked to the same Roku account. This should stop the behavior you are seeing with channels being removed.
Thanks,
Tanner
This is.happening to me too. I have to re install Sling TV and Netflix, and the next day have to do the same on any of my 3 TVs w roku ultra. It's been happening all week. I thought it happens everytime there is an.update, but it seems.more than just that.
