why can't I see AT&T TV tile on ROKU after installed

I installed the AT&T TV app on my roku but It does not show up on my list of channels when I go to watch it. Can someone please help me with this issue.

Did you install it from the website or on the device itself?  Are you sure your model supports it?  Did you check for software updates?
