I have both a roku stick model 3810X and a 4k roku tv.....I cannot find the direct tv app anywhere...can someone help and or advise please?
Hi there,
Thanks for the note. DirecTV does not offer a channel on Roku for satellite subscribers. You can use your DirecTV satellite subscription credentials to activate or authenticate individual streaming channels, but there is no centralized channel to view your DirecTV service on a Roku device. See more here: https://support.roku.com/article/115004366608-can-i-watch-movies-and-tv-shows-available-with-my-cabl...
AT&T TV is the current streaming solution offered by AT&T (who owns DirecTV). It is a completely digital, on-device streaming TV service. This channel (app) offers subscription packages similar to cable or satellite, a channel guide, and other features. For more information about these services, including their availability on the Roku platform, you'll want to contact DirecTV or AT&T TV support:

I am seeing videos posted on you tube that there “was” directv now app on the roku. It was offered in the store at one point and now not offered anymore.
DirecTV users are screwed with Roku. I've gone back and forth with both providers & finally go this reply from Roku:
"Thank you for your email.
I totally understand that you want to add Fox News using the DTV provider option to activate, however, we don't support DirectTV anymore and I apologize.
It started on November 20, 2019 that there is no centralized channel to view your DirecTV service on a Roku device.
Rest assured that in the future we can resolve this issue with DirectTV.
Roku Customer Support,
Eduard"
So maybe use the Directv Now and stream from your phone? And yes, that sucks. But I see that as our only option. I am not looking forward to that either. I am switching from business to residential service. Atleast better value and less money. Unless I rent another box.
Thisnis total BS. These 2 knuckleheads need to get it together and realize that they are both pissing people off. In this era there is no excuse besides greed. We should get what we want because at the end of the day we are the ones paying for both of their services.
Thanks for the post.
For more information about a channel's availability, you'll want to contact Direct TV support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
