can't add channel and pin is accurate , what could be the problem ??

Thanks for the inquiry.

Can you please clarify the issue that you are experiencing? How are you adding the channel? What device are you adding the channel? Can you provide a screenshot of the issue that you are experiencing? 

Have you tried adding the channel through the Roku Channel Store online?
