I have a Samsung smart TV, the Roku channel does not allow me to see my profile the way it is on the Roku device, how do I solve this other than using the device?

The Roku channel is just one of thousands of channels on a Roku device.

"The Roku Channel" on a non-Roku device is nothing like and not a substitute for an actual Roku device.
