subscription

I re-subscribed to Britbox this morning the money was taken from my bank but it isn't working can't watch anything. Can anyone tell me  what I need to do. I've  gone through  the steps nothing has worked. Thanks

In addition to being able to purchase the subscription directly from Britbox, you can subscribe to Britbox through the Roku Ch, and Amazon. So make sure who you did subscribe it from.

I subscribed  by clicking on Britbox and then  I had to put in my pin number for Roku. I've always done it that way don't know what happened this time
