I am trying to add Smartersplayer but am being told I am in a region not supported and therefore I can't add it. My provider of IPTV uses this platform and advises all their customers in Canada use this Channel and are able to add it. Why can't I???

My Smarters Player channel disappeared and when I try to add it back I’m getting “The channel code provided is associated with a channel not available in your region.“ My tv provider is telling me the issue is on Roku’s end. How can I find out what the issue is and when/if it is being resolved?
My Smarter Player was removed from all my devices also. Nothing should be removed from our devices without our permission. I should not wake up to see that Roku decided i'm not allowed to have an app on a device I paid for. Unacceptable..
