roku and At&t

I am thinking of getting at&t tv. I understand that I must get their box in order for it to work on my roku. But my question is different. When I add the "go" channels , roku makes you state your provider and then sign in to that service in order to activate the channels. so if I am using at&t tv when I add the channel will signing in to at&t tv activate the channel for me like it would with other service providers?

Re: roku and At&t

Yes. Direct TV (AT&T) is a paid provider.

I'd rather NOT have any such "bundled" provider.

Iys your prerogative but youll be spending a lot of money

for stuff that is available on Roku for free or cheaper.
