When I try to resubscribe I get a message that there is a website error and to restart my browser.  It says if that doesn't work, contact support.  There is no instruction for that in support.

Generally either clear your browser's cache from its Settings (normally under Privacy or the like.

Alternatively, use another browser.  If you normally use chrome, try safari or Firefox.  If you just have one installed, then normally clearing the cache of cookies and history should help your issue.
